We are excited to invite you to a comedy auction event hosted by JR Havlan, an 8-time Emmy Award winning writer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and featuring national headliners Mark Pitta and Johnny Steele.
As part of the entertainment, there will be a LIVE auction that night, in addition to our ONLINE auction running from March 18th through March 28th. LIVE auction items will include private concerts and exotic trips, while the ONLINE auction items will range from $25 in value to priceless experiences, and more. Don't miss out! All proceeds go to Urban Montessori Charter School, new public charter school that opened its doors in August 2012 with the aim of creating a truly inclusive school community reflective of the diversity of Oakland, California. We are the ONLY public Montessori school in Oakland and the only school nationally that has integrated the Montessori approach with Design Thinking and the Arts.
