Hey UMCS Scholars! The 2019 Talent Show at Brann and Pleasant Campuses are coming! Here's what you need to know:

EVENT DETAILS:
Now-May 6: Collaborate and Prepare. Find a friend or two and come up with an act together - dance, sing, act - whatever is your group's talent. Collaborate at recess, at UMAC or at home. All acts must have between 2 and 10 people. Get creative and have fun! Don't forget to complete your applications.
Wed. May 6: On-line Applications Due. Everyone in your act must complete a separate application by May 16th. Applications are online this year.
Brann applications Pleasant applications
Late or incomplete applications are not accepted. Recorded music mp3s and lyrics are also due on this date and must be emailed to [email protected].
Wed. May 15: Emcee Auditions. Like talking into a microphone on stage? Audition to be our emcee! Only one emcee will be selected per show. You will be given something to read into the microphone at the audition. If you are not selected, you can still be in the show by coming to the regular audition the following week. If you are selected, you cannot also have an act in the show. Being the emcee will be your act! Emcee auditions will be held on May 23rd at 12:45 Brann (Sun Room), 1:15 at Pleasant.
Wed. May 22: Mandatory Auditions for all other acts (except emcee). You must have every member of your group there and be prepared/ready to try your act on stage. Auditioning UMAC kids will be called to the Audition when it's their turn. Auditions will be held on May 30th at 12:45 at Brann (Sun Room), 1:15 Pleasant.
Wed. May 29: Mandatory Rehearsal. 12:45 at Brann (Sun Room), 1:15 Pleasant.
Wed. June 5: Talent Show. 9:00 am at Brann (Sun Room), 12:00 Pleasant. Parents and guests are invited to enjoy the show.
